Please allow minimum 72 hours between placing the order online and delivery/collection date. We offer 2 options:
Airport Collection: this is for those who want to collect the parcel at their own convenience.
Our collection point available is as following:
- SPAR Store - Dublin Airport, T2 Arrivals Hall
- Opening times: Monday - Sunday | 6 AM - 10 PM

- 1-3 Business Days Local Express Delivery: we deliver to any Hotels or residential addresses within the Republic of Ireland Monday to Friday.
- 1-3 Business Days Express Delivery to the U.K.
- 1-3 Business Days Express Delivery to the U.S.
*For anyone wanting to rent the WiFicandy to use it in the weekend please select Friday as your delivery date.
If you need to extend your rental for a number of additional days or weeks please email us on hello@wificandy.ie
** Ensure that all the equipment is sealed into the prepaid return envelope provided before you drop it into the post box if returned from Ireland.
** If you chose delivery & return from Ireland and forget to return your WiFicandy from Ireland, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return from any Post Office in Ireland (find your nearest an Post here)
or drop it in the postbox in T2 or T1 at Dublin Airport before entering the duty free zone
You can also return it at the SPAR Store in T2 during the opening hours
When ordering your portable wifi, you will receive:
- Portable wifi device
- USB charging cable
- User guide instructions card
- Return prepaid envelope
- and ofcourse......Candies!!!
This is €18 and is optional (non-refundable).
The product protection will cover certain situations such as theft, loss of the product or any damage associated with it.
For those who don't opt for the product protection an amount of €250 will be applied if the product is not returned or if it has experienced any physical damage/loss or theft.
