Do longer trips get a cheaper daily rate?

Yes. The longer you rent, the less you pay per day.

A 5-day trip costs around €11 per day. A 14-day trip drops to around €8 per day. A 25-day trip is around €7 per day.

For example, a 14-day rental works out at roughly €112 in total. If you paid the short-trip rate for the same 14 days, it would be around €154. You save about €42 just by renting for longer.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit. No hold on your card. You only pay what's shown at checkout.

What if I damage or lose the device?

Normal wear and tear is on us. Small scratches, the occasional drop or splash, no problem.

If the device is lost or damaged beyond repair, there's a €65 replacement charge. That's it.

Want extra peace of mind? You can add product protection at checkout for €18, which fully covers the €65 charge if anything happens to the device.

  • Delivery to the UK: 4 working days
  • Delivery to the EU: 5 working days
  • Delivery to the US: 10 working days

Portable WiFi or eSIM? Which should I choose?

Portable WiFi if you're travelling with family or a group. Unlimited data, up to 8 devices, nothing to install.
