WiFiCandy Return Process: A Simple Guide for Hassle-Free Returns

Returning your WiFiCandy device on time is an important step in the rental cycle. Missing your return deadline may lead to additional charges, so it’s best to act promptly. Here’s how to return your device effortlessly, whether you’re in Ireland or abroad.

Returning from Ireland

  • Ensure Proper Packaging: Place all rented items into the colorful zipper pouch and then into the prepaid return mailing bag. Seal the bag securely.
  • Take a Photo: Before dropping it into a postbox or handing it over, take a photo of the package with the tracking label visible for your records.

Steps to Follow Before Returning Your WiFiCandy

  1. Check the Equipment: Make sure all items (WiFi device, charger, and cables) are included in the colorful zipper pouch.
  2. Use the Prepaid Mailing Bag: Insert the pouch into the prepaid return bag provided.
  3. Seal and Drop: Seal the bag securely and drop it at one of the return locations.

SPAR Store in Terminal 2, Dublin Airport 

      • SPAR Store: Open 24/7. Located at the Arrivals floor in T2
      • Tip: Drop off the package before proceeding to the departure gates.
      • Reminder: Provide your name and order number and email us with return confirmation.

Terminal 1, Dublin Airport 

    • Postbox Location: Near the escalator on the opposite side of the Dublin Express Desk.
    • Important: Only drop the prepaid mailing bag, not the colorful zipper pouch.

Local Post Office Drop-Offs 

Shannon and Cork Airports 

      • Shannon Airport: Postbox near WHSmith.
      • Cork Airport: Postbox near WHSmith and Bank of Ireland.
      • Tip: Ask the Airport staff to locate the post box. DO NOT ask them to return on your behalf.

Returning from Outside Ireland

From the US or Canada

  1. Email Us: Send your return address and preferred FedEx collection time to hello@wificandy.ie.
  2. Print the Label: We’ll send a FedEx return label. Print and attach it to your package.
  3. Schedule Pickup: Have the package ready at the specified time for FedEx pickup.
  4. Alternative Drop-Off: Use FedEx locations if a printer is unavailable. Find a FedEx Drop Point.

From the UK or Europe

  • Follow the same steps as above.
