Shipping Rates
The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Outbound shipping (from us to you):

Return shipping is already included in your order total. When you send the device back, you won't be charged anything extra.
Shipping to other countries: if your destination isn't listed above, email us at hello@wificandy.ie and we'll let you know if we can help.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, here's how long delivery usually takes:

| Europe | 3 to 5 working days |
| United States | 5 to 10 working days |
Working days mean weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and Irish public holidays don't count.
When We Ship Your Order
We aim to have your WiFiCandy reach you 1 to 2 working days before your start date, so you have it ready to use as soon as your trip begins.
Why we don't ship earlier: our devices are shared across travellers to reduce waste, so each unit is prepared and shipped close to your start date. Please consider delivery times carefully when placing your order, especially for international destinations.
Couriers We Use
Within Ireland: An Post
International, UK, Europe, and US: UPS and FedEx
You'll receive a tracking number by email within one hour of your parcel being shipped, so you can follow your delivery's progress.
Customs and Duties
All taxes and customs duties are included in your order. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives, no matter where you're located.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your parcel hasn't arrived by your start date, email us at hello@wificandy.ie as soon as possible. We'll check the tracking, contact the courier, and find the best way to get you connected, whether that's a refund, a replacement device, or an alternative arrangement.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee to send it out again.
