How to Return Your WiFiCandy

Your parcel includes a bag with a pre-paid return label already attached. There's nothing to print, and return shipping is already covered by your order. Pick the option below that matches where you are.

Before you send it back

Just a couple of quick things to do first:
  1. Turn the device off. Press and hold the power button until the screen goes dark.
  2. Put the device and the charging cable back in the bag. Lost the cable? Don't worry, there is no extra charge.

Dublin Airport, Terminal 2

Return point: SPAR Store, Arrivals Hall

Important: use the Arrivals floor before you go through security

If you're flying out from Dublin Airport T2, drop your WiFiCandy at the SPAR Store in the Arrivals Hall before heading to your departure gate.

Important: The SPAR Store is on the Arrivals floor, not in the departures area. Don't go through security first. Look for the SPAR Store on the same floor where you arrive, and hand the device to a staff member. You don't even need to use the return label here.

Shannon Airport

Return point: postbox next to WHSmith, Arrivals Hall

Ground floor, beside the Aviation Gallery

If you're flying out from Shannon Airport, drop your parcel in the postbox next to the WHSmith shop in the Arrivals Hall.

How to find it: The postbox is right beside the WHSmith shop, near Shannon Airport's Aviation Gallery. If you can't spot the postbox, any airport staff member can point you to the Aviation Gallery, and you'll find the postbox right next to it.

Just place the device in the bag with the return label and drop the bag into the postbox. That's it.

Anywhere Else in Ireland

Place the device in the bag with the return label and post it back through either of these:

  • Any green An Post postbox, anywhere in the country.
  • Any An Post office.

There is no deadline within the day, post it whenever you can.

Outside Ireland

Use the return label on the bag and drop your parcel at the nearest UPS or FedEx pickup point.

Search for "UPS pickup point near me" or "FedEx pickup point near me" on Google Maps to find your closest location.

Return Deadline

Please post the device back within 72 hours of your end date.

The deadline is when you drop the parcel off (into a postbox, at the SPAR Store, or at a UPS or FedEx point), not when it arrives back with us.

If the device is returned later than that, an extension fee will apply at the standard daily rate for each additional day, even if you didn't actually use the device during those extra days.

Want to Extend Your Rental Instead?

If you know in advance that you'd like to keep the device longer, just email us at hello@wificandy.ie before your end date. Just pay for the extra days at your usual daily rate. No admin fees, no surcharges.

If you added product protection to your order, it will be extended to cover your new end date as well. Didn't add protection at checkout? You can still add it when you extend, just let us know in your email.
