After receiving your eSIM details by email, go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile > Add eSIM/Cellular Plan on your device.

Enter or scan the eSIM information, enable data roaming, then restart your device. That's it!

Yes, you do need an active internet connection in order to activate your eSIM.

Best idea is to connect to the Airport WiFi from your source Airport and activate the eSIM or connect at your destination Airport WiFi to activate your eSIM.

If the validity of your plan is longer than your stay, you can activate the eSIM on your device just before you leave home.

Yes, hotspot sharing is available once the eSIM is activated. However be mindful that the data will be shared with the other user.

Yes you can if your smartphone supports dual sim. Most dual sim smartphones support physical SIM and eSIM.

However make sure you turn off Data Roaming prior your trip on your physical sim to reduce the risk of being charged when abroad.

For Apple users, all the iPhones after the launch of iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR will have an eSIM compatibility. Some of the latest iPhones also have the ability to store multiple eSIM cards at once, however, you can only use one of them at a time. 

For Android users, you can dial *#06# (the code to check IMEI number) and then press the call button. If it shows the EID number, then your device is eSIM compatible. 

However, the best is to check with your manufacturer or look upon the information online about your device and it's eSIM compatibility. 

If you ran out of data, we advise to place a new order with the data plan needed and activate it. However, make sure that the plan matched the same country as the previous order you placed.

Please note: You will need active internet connection to activate the eSIM on your device.

Kindly delete the eSIM only after you're sure that you don't need it again or all your data is used.

Once an eSIM is deactivated, deleted or uninstalled it cannot be recovered back. 

However you can order and install a new eSIM profile to continue using data.
