The product protection is optional and non-refundable. This is used when renting portable wifi.

The product protection once purchased covers the users of certain situations such as theft, loss or any damage associated with the equipment. 

For those who don't opt for the product protection an amount of €250 will be applied if the product is not returned or if it has experienced any physical damage/loss or theft.
