Renting WiFicandy: Things to know

WiFicandy team loves to help inbound visitors to make the most of their travel experience while in Ireland, the UK and Europe. So we put together few things that we think that will help you to enjoy your trip even more. 

 

WiFicandy order placing

Place the order at least 3 days in advance so they have enough time to arrange a device for you. Deliveries during the weekends are less reliable to better to offer more time than getting delayed shipments, win-win for both parties involved. 


WiFicandy Collections

Please familiarize with your pick up location before arrival to Ireland. Ensure you are collecting your WiFicandy during the opening hours:

Dublin Airport - SPAR Store T2 / Arrival

Hotel/AirBnB Deliveries

Please make sure that the bookings are under the same name as the person renting the WiFicandy or you provide the name of the person whose hotel/Airbnb reservation is under.

Please let the hotel/Airbnb know in advance that you are expecting a delivery. Deliveries must be signed by an individual in order to be received!

Ensure that all the equipment is sealed in the prepaid return mailing bag provided by us.
