Where to Return your WiFicandy

Steps to follow before you return your WiFicandy

Kindly check if you have packed all the rented items in the colorful zipper and then pack the zipper inside the prepaid mailing bag provided to you inside the colorful zipper. Seal the mailing bag and return it back to us using one of the below options

WiFicandy Return Options

FROM TERMINAL 2 DUBLIN AIRPORT 

If you depart from Terminal 2, you can drop off the parcel at the post box between Craft Café and the Arrivals Gate, located at Level 1.

Do this before going to departure gates! 

*** Please make sure that all the equipment is sealed in the prepaid return mailing bag before you drop it into the postbox and take a picture of the tracking ID on the package for reference.

FROM TERMINAL 2 DUBLIN AIRPORT 

If you collected your portable WiFi from Spar  store in T2/ Arrivals Dublin airport, you can drop it back in the store during its opening hours Monday-Sunday 6 AM - 10 PM.

FROM TERMINAL 1 DUBLIN AIRPORT 

For returns from Terminal 1, please drop the packed mailing bag, (and not the colorful zipper) in the green postbox located near the escalator and on the other side of Dublin Express Desk.

FROM ANY LOCAL POST OFFICE

If you have the return prepaid envelope, you can drop it to any near Post Office before departure.

Please email us the tracking number or the picture of the prepaid mailing bag once before you dropped the package.

FROM SHANNON AIRPORT

The Postbox is located next to WHSmith store. 

Make sure that all the equipment is sealed in the prepaid return mailing bag before you drop it into the postbox.
