    Info Good To Know

    Security Deposit - this is €18 and is optional. This will cover certain situations such as theft, loss of the product or any damage associated with it.
    For those who don't opt for the security deposit an amount of €100 will be freezed on your card to ensure that the product is returned. This will be charged only if the product is not sent back or for any damage or missing equipment.

    Delivery / Collection - Please allow minimum 48 hours between placing the order online and delivery/collection date. We offer 2 options:

    1. Domestic Express Delivery & Return: this delivery option can be used for any addresses within the Republic of Ireland. 
    2. Collection & Return: this is for those who want to collect the parcel at their own convenience. Our collection point available is:
    Dublin City Centre Collection: Monday - Sunday Pick Ups | 7 AM - 10 PM

    How to Return - From any Post Office in Ireland or drop it in the post box in T2 / T1 at Dublin Airport or Shannon Airport.

    *We don't do weekend deliveries. For anyone wanting to rent the WiFicandy to use it in the weekend please select Friday as your delivery date.
