I have to say it was really great hanging the wifi candy. Made finding place so much easier and not worry about international rates on my cellphone carrier. Have to say was very frustrated and upset that we paid for 2 weeks and 2 days and the last 2 days while we were in Northern Ireland it did not work which was extremely frustrating.

Ours came with a damaged charging cord. When I reached out to the company they apologized and assured me they would give me some Reimbursement for my troubles in getting or fixing the charger. The customer service is wonderful and prompt. Over all we are happy we rented the candy hotspot, it has helped a lot in our navigating through Ireland. I would recommend it!

My friend and I drove all around Ireland for two weeks. We would never have made it without WiFi Candy. Although it initially didn't work for us in Dublin, I emailed and within an hour it was reset remotely and worked flawlessly throughout our trip. It was great to have GPS everywhere, even walking around, and being able to book tickets and make reservations even while driving in remote areas. It was much cheaper than using the international plan on our phones and we just left our phones on airplane mode for the entire trip. I hope other countries have this as well.

The pickup experience was super easy and quick; we were up and running with internet even before we left the airport. It was extremely handy as we travelled around Ireland, especially navigating the small, country roads. Will definitely use again on a future trip to Ireland!

WifiCandy was a fantastic find for our trip. It worked flawlessly in almost every area of the country - a coupe of small dead spots to be expected. It was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in and then we dropped it into a return box at the airport on the way out. Charge it every night before you crash and then away you go on your journey the next morning.

We three cousins traveled 15 days in both Ireland and Northern Ireland and could not have survived without the WiFi Candy! We are from Texas and did not want expensive roaming charges on our phones. We kept our phones in airplane mode and just used the Candy. In many B&Bs where we stayed the Internet service was too slow or did not have service, so the device allowed all of us to get online. There were a couple of areas where we did not have service, mainly near the Giant’s Causeway.

Ireland was awesome and wifi candy hotspot worked flawlessly. It couldn't have been easier or better to use. We went everywhere in Ireland on our 2 week vacation and it worked everywhere we went - city, country side, islands, North Ireland, Cliffs. The pickup was simple at the airport and worked immediately. (We used it to find our bus to Dublin with google maps.) Dropoff in a post box was in their included little plastic mailer was also simple. Thanks for helping us have a great Ireland trip!

Visited Ireland with my family in February of 2022. Stayed in Adare and visited the whole west side, from Cork to the Cliffs of Mohr. Every spot had terrific wifi and coverage for all 4 of us. Many times other travelers would ask how we were on data. This allowed us a chance to show case Wifi Candy. 1 couple ordered it immediately and had it sent to their B&B.
I will definitely be using this service again on our next visit to Ireland. They made our vacation very easy and memorable!

Yes, our WIFI candy even worked here on a mountain in Kerry. Our daughter had a local phone but we really needed to be able to use our other phones as well. Using things like Yelp or calling hotels and restaurants called for more phones. When we left the car we just carried it in our pockets. It was well worth the peace of mind and we never lost service.

This thing was awesome. We picked it up and returned it at the airport. The instructions were easy to follow and the device worked really well everywhere we went. It is small and fit in my pocket. We spent most of our time on the Wild Atlantic Way and there wasn't one place it didn't work. I will definitely get this again for our next trip!

I can’t imagine trying to get around Ireland without the Hotspot! Works well with Google Maps in most areas. We did have a few “dead spots” but that’s to be expected in the remote areas we were in at the time. It was easy to pick up at the airport in Dublin.

WiFiCandy is a “MUST HAVE” when traveling about Ireland. We used WiFiCandy for our month-long self-guided drive about the Republic of Ireland and it was INVALUABLE to have access to Internet service at 99% of the places we visited.

We used the wificandy box on a recent two week family trip. Our destinations included Dublin, Galway, Newmarket on Fergus, Cobh, and Kilkenny, and we had 5 devices connected simultaneously. Having one of these devices is essential! We were able to get directions, book tickets to attractions, and communicate with family in the US (via FaceTime, iMessage, or WhatsApp) without using international roaming data. I will recommend wificandy to others without any hesitation.

It was amazing having this little piece of WiFi technology with me. We had WiFi available everywhere; walking the seven plus miles on the Gap of Dunloe, searching for our ancestors in Ballylongford, driving from Killarney to Galway, to Bunratty, to Doolin. I actually sent a photo and text from the highest point on the Cliffs of Moher and received a return reply right away confirming the message was received. Having it at the Spanish Point at the Armada Hotel was the only way I could get a clear connection with my family in the USA. I recommend WiFi Candy 100%. Overall the WiFicandy device is a great way of getting data service without paying the exorbitant fees charged by Verizon when you're abroad. My biggest issue was remembering to either constantly charge it or just turn it off when not actively using it. But it definitely helped us out numerous times during our 2 weeks in Ireland.
