Collections & Returns
We offer two options. You can collect it from our pick up location below or we can deliver at your hotel.
Pick Up Location & Return: Iconic Offices - The Masonry

We are opened Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.
Please come 10 mins earlier before your rental commences.
Once arrived go to the reception desk and ask for WiFicandy. We will come and greet you and hand you the eScooter.
We will do a short and sweet safety training, showing you how to ride the eScooter and how it works.
Hotel Collections & Returns - Dublin City Centre
WiFicandy offers deliveries and returns to/from hotels only within Dublin City Centre. There is a small charging fee for this: €9.85
We require you to be at the hotel when delivering the eScooter so we can get the signature and do a brief demo of how the eScooter works.
Please become familiar with the Safety Guide before collecting or riding the eScooter.
The rental agreement lays down some of the terms and conditions of our eScooter rental service. This can be found here: Rental Agreement.
Please ensure you have all the equipment returned in same condition as when you received it.
If your return is at 13:30 pm please make sure you return it by 13:45. We allocate 15 mins for returns.
If you run late please let us know ASAP. Delaying fees may apply!

Add-On Insurance & Security Deposit
The Add-On Insurance is optional and only covers the following:
Any scratches or stains to the helmet, reflective vest, advertising stickers on the eScooter or on the eScooter itself.
Loss, theft or damages to the wifi router or the battery charger.
Whether you have selected the Insurance or not we will also hold on a security deposit of €350 which will be frozen on your visa/debit card until we receive the eScooter back and make sure that no damages are done to it.
In case of damages we will be required to hold partial or full amount depending on the scale of the damage.
