What are the benefits of renting a WiFicandy?
When can I book a WiFicandy plan?
When does the WiFicandy service commence?
The service commences on the date that you select as the delivery date. So the delivery date is the date you receive the product and it counts as day 1.
Can I make a purchase and have same day delivery?
We don't facilitate same day delivery yet.
However if you are located within Dublin city centre and make a delivery before 12 pm we could make a delivery in the afternoon if we have stock available. We would recommend to email us or reach us via Facebook Messenger to find a viable solution.
What is included in the WiFicandy parcel?
When ordering a WiFicandy, you will receive
- The WiFicandy device
- USB charging cable
- Instructions card
- Return prepaid envelop
- Candies
What is the product protection for?
The product protection protects you from being liable in scenarios such as product theft, damage or loosing the device or any equipment parts, as well as covering for any delaying fees occurred with the returns.
How much is the Product Protection and is it optional?
What happens if I lost the device or it has been stolen?
For the customers who opted for the security deposit, you won't be liable for the device being lost or stolen. However for those who didn't opt in, we must apply the product cover costs.
What card payments do you receive?
We receive all Visa, Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Discover payments and also Paypal.
Delivery & Collection
Do you provide pick up / collection location at Dublin airport?
Yes we do however we changed the location to Excess Baggage in T1 at the Arrivals area.

Can I have the parcel delivered to AirBnB?
Yes we can deliver to any AirBnB within the Republic of Ireland.
- We would advise to have the delivery date when you will be at the AirBnB for collecting the parcel upon delivery.
- We would highly suggest to have the right address including the Eircode and the House number.
Can I have the WiFiCandy delivered at the Hotel?
Yes you can. This is the most popular option amongst our customers.
- We would advise to provide us with the name that the hotel is booked under and the reservation number.
- Also notify the hotel that there will be a delivery arriving under your name so they will collect it for you.
I can't find the Eircode / Post Code, what can I do?
To find the Eircode / Post code please enter the delivery address here. You will then be generated the full address and the Eircode.
Otherwise please ask your host/ hotel receptionist to provide you with their Eircode / post code.Do you deliver on weekends?
For deliveries outside Dublin, we don't provide weekend deliveries, for those who wish to use the WiFicandy on a Saturday or Sunday please choose Friday as the delivery date. This way the product will be delivered on a Friday so you will have it ready prior arrival.
*Those who are staying in a Hotel in city centre (Dublin 1, Dublin 2, Dublin 8) may be eligible for weekend deliveries, please email us directly to check if we can assist you.
I just missed my delivery, what can I do?
In the case of a missed delivery where there was nobody to collect the parcel you will need to notify us as soon as possible to reschedule the delivery for next day (if you are staying at the same address)
If you move to a different address we would need to reschedule the parcel to get back to us and we would need to send you another order, however a charge for the delivery costs must be applied again.
Do you do next day delivery?
We do only if the following criteria is met:
- If the address is in Dublin and the order is placed before 4pm local time
- If we have available stock
We usually advise our customers to place their order minimum 3 days in advance so we make sure we have stock availability.

How can I return my WiFicandy?
What is the best way to return the WiFicandy?
The best way is to drop it at a Post Office. This will ensure that the parcel will be tracked and will arrive without delays.
You can return it from any Post Office from the Republic of Ireland.
You can locate the nearest Post Office here.
The other options to return the parcel is by
- dropping the parcel to a Post Box
- ask your hotel reception to post the parcel for you (please check that it has been sent back, the responsibility is still yours)
Can I return the parcel from Dublin Airport?
Yes you can, there is a Post Box at the T1 in the Arrivals just across the Airport Information Desk (next to the escalator)

Can I return from Shannon Airport?
Yes you can, there is a postbox just in front of WHSmith store before heading to the departure gates.

What happens if I forget to return the WiFicandy from Ireland?
International returns will then be covered by you at extra costs. Usually the costs are much higher, depending on location.
If the return takes more than 3 working days we will need to charge a fee of €5 per each day that is being delayed after the 3 days.What happens if I lost the prepaid return label?

What is the Return Policy?
Our Return Policy allows a window gap up to 3 working days to have the returns arrived back to us.
The parcel should be sent back before 5 pm on the last day of your rental plan using the prepaid return envelop provided.
If the order doesn't arrive within 3 working days from your last rental day, we will then charge a fee of €15 per each day being delayed.
We advice our customers to make the return at a Post Office to avoid any unnecessary delays.

How many devices can I connect to WiFicandy?
Our hotspots allow up to 10 smart devices to be connected such as smartphones, tablets or laptops.
Can I share my hotspot with others?
How long does the battery last?
Does the WiFicandy work in Northern Ireland or UK?
At the moment we only cover the Republic of Ireland.
Do you have a coverage map?
Yes, you can check our network provider coverage map here.

Do you rent more than one month?
Modification & Cancelation
Can I change the delivery date or delivery address?
Yes you can if you give us a minimum of 3 days notice before shipping the parcel.
If you decide on the day of the shipping or after the shipping, there will be some extra chargers incurred.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to unforeseen circumstances you decide to cancel the order, we would require a minimum of 14 days notice before the actual delivery date. In this scenario, we will offer a full refund minus the merchant fees.
If the cancelation happens within 5 days, 3 days or 48 hours before the delivery date cancelation fees will be applied accordingly. Read more here
WiFicandy Gift Card
What is WiFicandy Gift Card?
Is there an expiring date?
What should I put in the Delivery Date at the cart page?
When purchasing a gift card please put a random delivery date if you don't know when the holiday is going to take place for the person you purchase the gift card for.
The delivery date will be used at a later stage by the person who will redeem the gift card.
Why do Gift Cards cost more than the wifi plans shown on the website?
Can I print the Gift Card?
Once you make the purchase online, you will receive an email with the redemption code. You will then be able to either forward the redemption code via email or print it!
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping, insurance and taxes (if applicable).
